Morwarre Construction was established in 2011 as 100% black owned company in the North West Province. The objective was to construct houses for mining companies especially in the Kraaipan within Ratloung Local Municipality.
In 2010 the company had the opportunity to sub-contract with Derek Warren Developments in Fourways before Morwarre was registered as a legal entity in 2011. The first house that Morwarre enrolled with NHBRC was in 2014, since then the company has been enrolling houses with NHBRC.
